We want not only our lodging guests, but also local residents and tourists, to experience the "elements (essential charm)" of this land through food. We offer a full course from appetizers to desserts, maximizing the individual characteristics of each ingredient. The base is made from robust ingredients nurtured by the soil of Hokkaido, primarily from the Eastern Hokkaido region. Furthermore, as the name "ELEMENTAL (essential)" suggests, we will source exquisite items from across the country if they are from the region where the ingredients shine the most.
