The first product in this series, 'Vegan Deli Unagi Kabayaki-Style (with Sauce)', features improved quality through careful selection of ingredients and a refreshed, unified packaging design across the series. The 'Vegan Deli Series' is a brand dedicated to creating delicious plant-based foods that people will want to enjoy again and again at their daily meals. We value the inherent appeal of ingredients and aim to deliver both the joy and satisfaction of eating. Our goal is not to 'imitate eel'. This product was not developed merely to replicate the appearance or texture of eel. Instead, we aimed to fully highlight the deliciousness of tofu and yuba—traditional Japanese ingredients that have long been cherished in Japan. Plant-based foods are often introduced as 'alternatives to meat or fish'. However, this product takes a different approach. The main ingredients are domestically produced tofu and yuba made from 100% Japanese soybeans. We carefully draw out the unique flavors, textures, and umami of each ingredient. By incorporating yuba, we achieve a pleasing elasticity and richness that cannot be achieved with tofu alone, allowing the deep, natural flavor of soybeans to unfold with every bite.
