This product is a liqueur made with "kasutori shochu" (distilled sake lees) as its base, blended with ginger cultivated in Nagahama City, home-grown roselle, and beets from Taga Town. It features the refreshing spiciness of ginger, the gentle tartness of roselle, and the soft color produced by beets.
