The "Elifight Clear Outdoor Type" being launched is an expansion of the steel-type "Elifight Clear," which was released in 2020 for "internal installation." It has been developed for "external installation" due to numerous customer requests. It is a fire-rated device with fire-resistant tempered glass that has obtained certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for four types: single-swing, double-swing (parent-child), double-swing, and fixed. Adoption of "Transparent Fire-Resistant Tempered Glass" with High Design and Visibility, Considering Safety Previously, "wired glass" was generally used for glass-filled fire-rated devices installed in openings facing the exterior of buildings. However, the "Elifight Clear Outdoor Type" improves design and visibility by adopting "transparent fire-resistant tempered glass." This fire-resistant tempered glass is resistant to impact and heat. A 8mm thick type with high transparency is used. In the unlikely event of breakage, the glass fragments become granular, ensuring a design that considers safety.
