Highwealth Construction announced the cancellation of a construction contract for the 'Zuoan Mingzhu B' project in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City, previously awarded to Xingyu Development. The original contract scope was NT$234.98 million. The contract has been reassigned to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhuwang Development, with a total project contract value of NT$8.06 billion. This is classified as a related-party transaction.
