Quanta Computer Inc. announced an indirect cash capital injection of US$50 million into its 100%-owned subsidiary, Quanta Manufacturing Incorporation (QMI). The investment will be made in installments through its subsidiaries Quanta International Limited (QIL) and Access International Company (AIC). The Board of Directors approved the transaction on May 14, 2026, aimed at strengthening the subsidiary's financial structure.
