Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka, President: Hiroshi Otomo) has begun nationwide broadcast of its new TV commercial "Sanpo Yoshi" for its real estate stock business "BIZ Livness" (Biz Ribuness), featuring actors Yajuuro Bando and Hayato Ichihara, starting Tuesday, June 30, 2026. "BIZ Livness" is a service targeting corporate real estate such as factories, warehouses, commercial facilities, and buildings, and supports the strategic regeneration of corporate real estate through brokerage, acquisition and sales, and renovation. In addition to selling or purchasing owned real estate, we respond to diverse real estate challenges with a one-stop approach, utilizing the strengths of our group, including proposals that consider changes in use, repairs and renovations, and studies aimed at stabilizing profits. In this commercial, we depicted the story of an old building being utilized as a new place for business using Kabuki techniques. The setting is an old inn where snow is falling. In front of Hayato Ichihara (playing the son), who says to Emi Ichikawa (playing the mother), "Mother, let's clear this land and sell it off," Yajuuro Bando, playing "a carpenter," appears, holding a large plane and a mallet, and strikes a pose. The atmosphere then changes, and a young business owner, played by Shingo Bando, starts a new business, and the building begins to take on a new role as a place where people gather. In the latter half, with the line "Good for the seller, good for the buyer, good for the townspeople," we conveyed the concept of "BIZ Livness" – not just letting go of a building, but connecting it to the next user and creating new vibrancy in the community – through Kabuki techniques. The story depicted in this commercial, "Buildings are revived and play an active role again," is based on our company's business philosophy. Our company is engaged in initiatives to draw out the value of existing facilities, and at "COTOE Hashimoto," which opened on May 29,
