Namchow's board of directors resolved on May 14, 2026, to reduce one holding company, Qiaohe Enterprise Co., Ltd., which is 100% owned by Namchow. The reason for the reduction is organizational consolidation to simplify the investment structure. As of today, Namchow holds 31 holding companies.
