The Saga Prefectural Products Distribution Design Public Corporation, based in Saga City and headed by Noriko Ishii, will hold a limited-time POP UP event titled “Imari Fair” at SAGA MADO, a select shop offering carefully chosen products from Saga Prefecture. The event will run for 15 days from Saturday, May 16 to Sunday, May 31, 2026, as part of a project introducing the appeal of different regions in Saga. The POP UP will sell Saga-made products that showcase Imari’s traditions and culinary appeal, including traditional crafts such as Imari ware and Nabeshima ware, as well as locally loved sweets, foods, and tea. This limited-time fair offers visitors the chance to see, taste, and enjoy the charms of Imari. Visitors are encouraged to stop by SAGA MADO during the event period.
