The Japan Psoriasis Association (nickname: Inspire Japan, location: Yokohama, Kanagawa, Representative Director: Masaki Okuse) will newly hold the "Inspire Seminar" as a forum for patients and families to directly hear from experts involved with psoriasis and deepen their understanding of the disease and its treatment. The inaugural seminar will be held online (Zoom Webinar) on September 3, 2026, from 18:30 to 19:30, with the theme "Pediatric Psoriasis." Background and Objectives Since its establishment in 2018, our association has been working to create a society where people with psoriasis and their families can live with peace of mind. We have been disseminating correct knowledge about psoriasis to society widely in cooperation with various stakeholders involved with psoriasis, and collecting and conveying the voices of those living with psoriasis to society. We have now launched the "Inspire Seminar" with the slogan "Know More About Psoriasis, Talk More About It," as a place for patients and families to directly hear from experts involved with psoriasis and deepen their understanding of the disease and its treatment. The theme of the first seminar is "Pediatric Psoriasis." In conjunction with the theme of World Psoriasis Day 2026, "Psoriatic Disease and Youth," we will focus on pediatric psoriasis, for which there is particularly little information in Japan, making it easy for patients and families to feel isolated. We are pleased to welcome Dr. Emi Nishida (Professor, Department of Dermatology, Nagoya City University Hospital, Director, Psoriasis Treatment Care Center), who has extensive experience and knowledge in this field, to provide an easy-to-understand explanation of information that patients and families want to know, from the characteristics of psoriasis in children to the latest treatments. *For details on the theme of World Psoriasis Day 2026, please refer to the article posted on the Japan Psoriasis Association website: [Announcement] Theme for Worl
