Automation of operations and optimization of ad placements by systems are progressing, and the creation of copy and creative content using generative AI is becoming commonplace. This movement necessitates a major shift in the traditional advertising agency business model and can be a business risk for Proud Engine. However, it can also be seen as a significant opportunity to create new value without being bound by existing frameworks. With this in mind, Proud Engine is introducing the "AI/DX Self-Study Support System." Through this system, we aim to alleviate the cost hurdles associated with AI/DX utilization and promote the creation of new application ideas based on employees' free thinking. This will accelerate business transformation within the company, allowing us to leverage our agility and spirit of challenge as a venture company to provide further value to our customers. ■ System Overview Under this system, Proud Engine will cover the costs of AI/DX-related services used by employees, as well as expenses related to self-study. All employees are eligible, with subsidies of up to ¥50,000 per month depending on their position.
