The company plans to sequentially expand the range of compatible vehicles through future updates. "COCCHi for Automotive" is a cloud-based navigation app designed for Google-powered infotainment systems. It offers a comfortable user experience with a UI optimized for in-car displays and a stable operating environment, providing reliable navigation integrated with the vehicle's systems. By combining the latest map data and traffic information acquired via the cloud with Pioneer's proprietary route technology, the app searches for and guides users along optimal routes that consider traffic congestion. It also supports safe driving with highly visible displays, including intersection zoom and highway mode, and clear voice guidance delivered at appropriate times. As the first phase of the service, the app is being provided for the new Google-powered "MAZDA CX-5," released by Mazda Corporation (hereinafter, "Mazda") in May.
