Quantum Solutions Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Baika Osawa; TSE Code: 2338; hereinafter "Quantum Solutions" or "the Company"), listed on the Standard Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, has reached a basic agreement with Telstra Japan K.K. regarding the securing of high-density data center capacity in Japan to promote its AI Data Center (AIDC) business in Japan. The Company has resolved to pay a deposit to preferentially secure approximately 3MW of data center capacity and related power capacity. Quantum Solutions is currently engaged in the Japan AIDC business, centered around Blackwell-generation GPUs, particularly the B300 series. The Company believes that demand for high-performance GPU computing infrastructure in the Japanese and Asian markets will continue to expand due to the ongoing growth in generative AI, large language models, AI agents, and enterprise AI inference needs. Among these, data center capacity capable of accommodating the introduction of high-power-consumption, high-density GPU servers, and stable power capacity are among the most critical and scarce core resources for building AI infrastructure. The data center capacity that the Company will preferentially secure in this matter is planned to be approximately 3MW in scale for the first phase. Based on calculations derived from the power configuration of the Blackwell-generation GPU servers currently envisioned, this capacity is expected to support the introduction of approximately 192 Blackwell-generation GPU servers (B300 class). The actual number of units that can be introduced will be determined based on the final server configuration, PUE design, power supply method, cooling conditions, and customer demand. The counterparty in this matter is Telstra Japan K.K.
