Oisix La Daichi Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Kohei Takashima; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), a provider of subscription services for food, changed its company name to "Oisix Inc." (English name: Oisix Inc.) effective July 1, 2026 (Wednesday). We are pleased to announce that we have also developed a new corporate logo in conjunction with this change. The logos for each business brand, including the food delivery service "Oisix," will continue to be used as before. ■"Return to Roots" with Original Company Name; Communicating Group-Wide Values Amidst Business Expansion The Company was founded in 2000 as "Oisix Co., Ltd." with the corporate philosophy of "The table of tomorrow, the fields of tomorrow." After integrating with "Daichi o Mamoru Kai" and "Radishbo-ya," we have been working to solve social issues related to food as "Oisix La Daichi Co., Ltd." since 2018. Furthermore, by making a food service company under Sidax a subsidiary in 2024, we have expanded our business domain and have grown into a corporate group with 28 subsidiaries and affiliates (as of July 1, 2026), now offering not only food delivery services but also food services.
